West and Gaga recently joined forces to put their money behind rising NYC start-up, Turntable.fm.
According to Business Insider, the celebrity investors teamed up with Union Square Ventures to give the invite-only social network a $7.5 million cash infusion.

Critics have questioned whether the service is actual legal, but getting backing from music superstars such as Kanye and Lady Gaga should help in that department.
