One day after dropping a new song called "Theraflu" which features DJ Khaled , Kanye West rolls out another fresh music titled...
"Mercy" is taken from an upcoming G.O.O.D Music compilation and features the likes of Pusha T, Big Sean and 2 Chainz. While "Theraflu" contains his love proclamation to Kim Kardashian, this new tune features the chart-topping rapper mentioning Def Jam and doing a "molly" talk.
"I step in the Def Jam building like I'm the s**t/ Tell them give me $50 million or I'm going to quit/ Most rappers taste level ain't even at my waste level," he spits his verses. "Something about Mary, she's off that molly/ Now her whole party is melted like Dali/ Now everybody is moving their body."
As for Theraflu's response to Kanye's song of the same name, it sparks speculation that he might get sued by the company. A rep for the company issues a statement to TMZ, saying, "We in no way endorse or approve of the references or use of the image and likeness of Theraflu in this manner."
In the song, Kanye raps about Kim, Kris Humphries and Wiz Khalifa before ending it with a note that he's so cold to his foes that they "need some Theraflu." The company reacts, "Theraflu is an over-the-counter product used to help relieve cold and flu symptoms that millions of consumers rely on."
