Looks like Oprah Winfrey is ready for something new in 2014.
The Chicago Sun-Times reports that the TV personality and entertainment mogul just listed her Water Tower Place condo in Chicago for a cool $7.75 million this week, and it's certainly a sight to behold.
The 9,600 square-foot pad boasts four spacious bedrooms, five bathrooms and two half-baths, plus numerous living areas, stunning views of the city and lake, two kitchens and much, much more.

According to public property records, Winfrey paid over $3 million in three transactions in the early 1990s to combine four adjacent units in the building to create her grandiose home located on the 56th floor of the impressive building.
So savvy!
We're not sure who could possibly afford to move into Oprah's posh space (after all, HOA fees alone run just over $9,000 a month), but we're betting they'll have some pretty swanky shoes to fill.
