Surely crafting a new record from start to finish is already a daunting task, from recording to putting that onto whatever medium the artist chooses to share his or her music. It’s a lot of work.
And then there’s Jack White, who plans on doing all of that within one day for his Record Store Day release. He’ll be recording at Third Man Studios, mastering pressing onto vinyl at United Record Pressing, and also releasing the title single from his forthcoming solo release, Lazoretto on April 19. White also plans to continue selling the record if there’s demand for it. Talk about being accommodating.
