Thanks, Serious Eats, for teaching us about the waffle iron leftover pizza hack. All you have to do to create a cheesy pizza pocket is:

• Fold your leftover pizza slice on top of itself
• Trim off the exposed crust
• Place two folded pizza pockets in a preheated waffle iron and close the iron
• Five minutes later, you’ll have cheesy, gooey, crispy pizza pocket snacks
