Any up-and-coming rapper would jump at the opportunity to have Drake remix their song but according to rapper/singer D.R.A.M. got an unauthorized remix of his minor hit song "Cha Cha."

According to the rapper, Drake's hit single "Hotline Bling" is a rip-off of his song. Drake's "Hotline Bling" originally started off as a remix to "Cha Cha," being premiered on Apple's Beats 1 radio show as "Hotline Bling (Cha Cha Remix) but the official version of the song dropped the "remix" from the title and shot up the Billboard Hot 100.

Speaking with Billboard, D.R.A.M. says he was "jacked."

"I feel like my record got jacked," D.R.A.M. told Billboard, echoing a string of tweets he posted back in October. "And it's not just me. People been comparing 'Cha Cha' and 'Hotline Bling' since it came out."

D.R.A.M.'s record label, hasn't stated if it will pursue legal action against Drake, but D.R.A.M. is hoping to move on.

"I'm always about what's next," he said. "I'm way more of an artist than just 'Cha Cha.'"
