(SOHH)G-Unit boss 50 Cent is reportedly upset with his creditors in their battle for $30 million and is taking legal action to address a payment plan.
According to reports, 50 has told a judge his three main creditors, Sleek Audio, SunTrust Bank and rap rival Rick Ross‘ ex-girlfriendLastonia Leviston, they have an unconstitutional plan for him to pay them back.
50 has just responded, claiming the plan violates the 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution which bans slavery and involuntary servitude. He says the plan would create “a near-indefinite period of involuntary indentured servitude” where he has to work solely for the creditors’ benefit. He goes on to say, “The plan conditions [50’s] access to food and shelter on the whims of the trustee, who answers only to the [creditors].” (TMZ)
