Kim Kardashian seemed to have the perfect life just last year, with a new baby and happy marriage. But now, as the spotlight shines on her husband Kanye’s seemingly endless Twitter rants and meltdowns, rumors are swirling that Kim is at the point of considering divorce. Kardashian is finding herself in the midst of reports regarding everything from a feud over the first baby picture of Saint to open comments from Kardashian momager Kris Jenner that she herself isn’t too pleased with West. Now Kardashian is facing new drama with a lawsuit connected with a car crash that happened two years ago.
Kim is being sued for what a California driver describes as an accident in which she “negligently” hit his car. The alleged incident involving Kardashian occurred in 2014, reported People.
That driver, Rafael Linares, is now stepping forward with a personal injury lawsuit for Kim.
“[He] sustained personal injuries which caused and will continue to cause pain, discomfort and physical disability,” claim the documents in that lawsuit.
Because of the accident, which happened in Beverly Hills at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Benedict Canyon Drive, Linares contends that he has suffered in a variety of ways. Among his claims are being “deprived of earnings,” and the lawsuit encompasses that income loss, property damage, as well as both medical expenses he has incurred and future health care costs.
When it comes to those divorce reports, Kardashian has someone by her side, and that’s momager Kris Jenner, according to Radar Online. Kris sees a ratings goldmine in the drama of her daughter’s crumbling marriage and has plans to film Kim and her husband’s battles for Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
“There have been days where there should be a no tweeting law,” Jenner joked. “I feel like I will ground him.”
Ellen suggested that the rapper acquire a “board of directors” to review and approve each post before it goes live.
“That’s a good idea!” exclaimed Kris.
As to whether Kardashian actually is at the point of getting ready to divorce West behind the scenes? A source cited byRadar Online claims that Kim already has told Jenner she’s made the decision.
“Kim announced to her mom [Kris Jenner], ‘I have to divorce Kanye,'” said that source. “It breaks her heart, but she doesn’t see any other way….Divorce papers are being drawn up.”
Kardashian even attempted to get him into anger management therapy without success, according to the insider.
“He’s a ticking time bomb and insufferable to be around,” opined Radar’s source.
