Uh oh! It turns out Rob Kardashian might be putting family first when it comes to his relationship with Blac Chyna. The couple had a nasty blowup on March 6 that resulted in a temporary breakup, and Rob’s famous mother and sisters played a giant part in it.

The blink if you missed it break up between Rob Kardashian, 28, and Blac Chyna, 27, seemed like it had something pretty explosive behind it, and it turns out it was a fight over his disapproving family that caused them to mutually delete all photos of each other from their Instagrams. While the relationship is back on again, the problem of Rob’s family is one that isn’t going away, as they’ve made it clear time and time again they do NOT want Blac in Rob’s life.

“They had a fight because of his familyand it just blew up from there. The family is still not accepting of the relationship and that’s causing huge tension between them. They really like one another, but new relationships are tough, especially when the people who are closest to him do not approve,” an insider told E! News. 

“It’s a constant battle between his family and her. He is an emotional person, so at times he sides with Blac Chyna and other times he can be influenced by his family. And when that happens Blac Chyna gets upset. He is being pulled in two different directions. He loves Blac Chyna, but hemisses his family. It’s a bit of a mess. It was totally evident that his family was thrilled with the breakup news, as little sister Kylie Jenner, 18, took to Twitter to rejoice, “Thanking God today for all my blessings. Life is so amazing. Put out good vibes and energy and you will receive! I love life.” Her celebratory moodwas short-lived though, as Rob later explained, “Chy and I are not broken up we just feel like it would be a lot healthier for our relationship if we kept a lot more to ourselves.” Womp womp.
