The man who has accused DaBaby of assault and robbery says he has plans to sue the rapper, according to TMZ. On Thursday, the rapper was arrested on battery and robbery charges in Miami in connection to the incident. While the amount the accuser is seeking in the lawsuit is still unclear, he says he was left with cuts and bruises after the rapper reportedly assaulted him, stole his iPhone, credit card, $80 and poured Apple Juice on him.

The altercation reportedly took place after the promoter only gave DaBaby $20,000 of his required $30,000 fee. TMZ reports the promoter claims he intended to pay the remaining $10,000 but the situation took a turn before he was able to.
