What's going on? It's your brother, brother otg. Tpping in with another #beatbuilder post! I've been trying to sync all of my gear together and have a central hub everytime I sit down. I wanted to separate from the computer and go dawless so I experimented with a bunch of different setups. I have finally got to a setup that I like! The video from today's #beatbuildertv is the first trial of this particular setup!



So the setup is as follows - Sp 404 out to the monitors. Midi in from the MPC, controlling tempo so I can record samples with embedded information. Midi out via USB to the launchpad. The launchpad has two midi outs so one out runs to the Roland T8 keeping it in sync. The other Out goes to the Roland J6 which now makes the 64 Launchpad buttons control the J6 with Expression. The J6 is midi out to the MPC so it controls whatever MPC Plugin! Im excited to share more. Let me know how you feel about this setup!
